Devon Sports Awards 2012

Let's put CSC for the Devon Sport Club Award!!  We are really good at what we do and have a lot to be proud of as a club. Croyde surf club is a grassroots organisation and this year we've hosted contests on both the National and European stages, Quicksilver King of the Groms and the Atlantic Water Sports Games as well as a host of regional and local contests. We have a thriving Monday night Junior training "Grom Club" as well as running numerous coaching days to develop not only the juniors,but the womens and more senior members as well.

Devon Sports Awards 2012
Active Devon have this week announced changes to their annual Devon Sports Awards which will see many more sportspeople across the county eligible to apply.
The award categories were previously open to volunteers within sport only, but with new categories such as Team of the Year and Sports Performer of the Year, it is hoped a new influx of players and sports clubs will nominate their most talented and promising to ensure everyone within sport across Devon has an opportunity to be acknowledged and rewarded.
There are eight categories to nominate against this year, plus the special Outstanding Contribution Award taken from category winners. The nomination process is quick and easy with nomination forms available to complete online by clicking the internet link to the left of this text, or to download by clicking the word document link to the left of this text.
