Max tucker of Porthcawl made the most of the day and took a well deserved second place. Third place went to Luke Dillon at his home break and a very respectable forth went to Welsh surfer Tom Good.

The event was held in tricky cross shore 3 ft conditions with large tides at Downend, Croyde, it looked hard work. Lyndon Wake threw the biggest most committed turns, this is why he took 1st place. Ossian Pleasance 'walked in the park' and took 2nd. Charlie Charlesworth, contest animal, did what he does and got a solid 3rd, whilst Jinx shat the bed and got a 4th. Good turn out, good fun, special thanks and respect to Matt Saunders for stepping up as Head Judge, legend.
The juniors will compete for the AL-RAN JUNIOR on the 2nd of May, which is looking to be one of the biggest turn-outs in the clubs history.
